Pros

Mainly very good people work here. Development opportunities exist if you are driven enough to pursue them. Interesting work which is valuable to humanity. Benefits are solid. Global company = travel opportunities to cool places and meet many different people.

Cons

Pay is not great. Lots of silos due to large company of acquisitions. Lots of "hot potato" organizational problems that nobody wants to solve. Daily work can be demanding. Global company = long/unusual hours to get meetings with other time zones.

Too many to count. Trimmed the headcount too hard so lack of support, no vision for the future (department specific), too many egotistical characters about, no valuable training.
