- Great work life balance - Great benefits - Coworkers have all been very pleasant

Cons

Management used to listen to feedback and take it very seriously. It sounds cheesy, but I really felt heard and valued. Recently, there was a shakeup with management and all of that has been thrown out the door. The results of the quarterly feedback survey showed that ~80% of the engineers were unhappy with the recent push for us to sell products and contracts to customers. Management has ignored that feedback and pushed us to sell even more. Why are sales a part of my KPIs as an engineer? To add insult to injury, they significantly reduced the commission we get.
