      Since day 1 your are by yourself. Without any training you're expected to be active and solve problems. Very bad working environment with no team working at all. If you try to ask your "experienced" colleagues about any doubt their response is "Didn't you learn about that on the training" or "Read the manual, it is there" or "Use your brain and figure it out, I had to learn it by myself and now it is your turn". For the company your are nothing but a KPI achiever, nothing else matters. HORRIBLE unfriendly management. Constant bulling from "seniors". Traveling is up to 95% rate constantly.
