      Cares about what matters to me - inclusion, diversity, sustainability Great growth opportunities - they really train and nurture their employees Excellent compensation package - best I’ve ever had It’s great to work for a company that helps bring new medicines to patients - including cool new ones like cell and gene therapies

      Cons

      I don’t live near a main office so am remote all the time. That can be isolating, and I miss out on social gatherings and opportunities to do group volunteer activities.
