To be honest I cant say anything good about this firm

Cons

So much to say I dont even know where to start,but if you are undergraded and dont know what are doing but are neighbour of some "manager" or you are from the same country ,this is your place.

The company is growing fast. The acquisition by Danaher is a good thing and Cytiva is getting a lot of attention from above. The people are good and there's more than enough work to be done.

Cons

I had to wear multiple hats; automation engineer, team manager, facilities engineer, manufacturing engineer, process maintenence, all while trying to work on six major projects with tight deadlines with a team of three other engineers. Most of the time I spent trying to find contractors to outsource work to try to meet deadlines. As an engineer you can just go with the flow and do well. If you try to actually make a difference, you will get burnt out.
