      The office is up to date. The company seems to care about diversity and inclusion somewhat. They hold cultural events and give women a spotlight.

      Cons

      Corporate is decreasing flexibility to work from home. It is difficult to get resources. Projects are not interesting. Management consistently seems to have hidden motives. Years ago, corporate changed the job-title structure so that there are greater divisions between roles. We were told this was done so that we could get promoted faster. However since that happened, we are consistently told that there is no money for promotions. So the end result is the gap between our career goals grew with nothing to compensate for that.
