Pros

Interesting technology and products, most of it still being developed and produced locally in Sweden. Customer base varies from small university labs to pharma giants, but the people are always nice, intelligent people and appreciate working with you.

Cons

What's not micromanaged from abroad is run by old guard insiders that have secured their cozy spots and salaries. Constant cost cuts and savings carried by the employees. No salary development and poor opportunities for internal progression. Seen many friends start and quit this disappointment factory.
