- Nice facility - Friendly Coworkers - Access to lots of big company resources

Cons

- Lot of resistance to allow time off - Less-experienced people get sent to work in labs which are often not very well-kept and have major EHS issues - Resistance to allow time off - Stuck with old software and tools due to legacy ownership by GE - Huge turnover rate - A very harsh and forced culture - Review cycle makes it know you "cannot get a 5/5 even though it is there" because no one can simply achieve that? Yikes...
