- Company Car/Gas Card - Great starting pay - Some upper management really care about their purpose and drives others to want to do well - Work/Life balance

Cons

- Training on instrumentation could use some work, very diluted - Bonuses/incentives/yearly pay increase are not that great - Moving up in the company takes years

Cons

Cytiva is early on in running a business and it shows. Customers feel it is very difficult to do business with us. As a specialist, work doesn’t feel evenly distributed. No accountability and you end up picking up the slack for people who don’t do their jobs
