      - The hiring procedure was friendly, informative, respectful and a great way to sell Cytiva, hiring org and position, Very positive! - When hired, the surrounding organization was really open minded and welcomed the new hire and made it easy to get onboarded

      - The leadership at Cytiva is lacking the ability to embrace and make use of the skills and experience of the new hire; there is not enough energy among the leaders to take on real change. - Cytiva leaders want to have the power but do not dare to take on ownership; they are also lacking the sense of risk management. - Cytiva swallow big costs but hunt the low costs; making it difficult to keep up and evolve the service
