The men there have big egos and will be insulted if you simply continuing talking as they man-interrupt you. They then will go and report you to your manager. They will also yell at you and then when you report it to HR, the company will fire you. If you go to HR, make sure you are complaining about something that is protected by law. Harassment and bullying/yelling in the workplace is not yet protected. Also, if you don't pay attention, you will be used a tool to conceal personal agendas so make sure everyone, especially your internal customers, know what your manager is telling you to do and what no to do. No one can be trusted so watch your back carefully.

Six month before they put me on PIP, I was a high performer. They gave me a great performance review. They gave me a rating of 100/100. And one month before our performance review, HR changes the career ladder and bumped us all one level up. It wasn't a promotion. And six months later on the PIP, it said I'm not performing to the level that I'm supposed to be performing. I wasn't getting promoted. The HR changed my job title. I hope this comes back and bites you back! . If the career ladder was just an adjustment to industry practice and for an entire year someone works in the company and gets a glorified 100/100 review, how does one's manager put them on PIP six months later? Make up your mind up. I am not a child for you to tell me, the 100 on my performance review was just "ENCOURAGEMENT". I am a 30 year old adult (not a child) for you to be giving me a 100 on my performance review for AN ENTIRE YEAR's WORK! . Technically, I should've sued this company. I really hope Robert Blume reads this. Don't be shady and pretentious to people who work hard and are struggling to make it in already hard industry.
