-Onboarding/Training was non-existent. I was basically plopped at a desk on my first day and was expected to work independently with no training.
-Management style is very hands off and not very warm. They make you feel stupid when you ask a question and they explain things in the most complicated way possible. Cliques within management are very obvious, and they were not welcoming.
-Content of the job did not match the description given during the interview. It was very unclear what the position involved. Just seemed like a bunch of random tasks that made no sense.
