Business Outlook
Pros
Really knowledgeable people that know their job well and work well as a team. Good Pay. Really good product with a lot of focus on the customer. I really can't say enough good things about the culture.
Cons
Not very good benefits. Medical-Dental-Optical available, at a cost. Vacation and Sick leave provided accrued a few hours a month making it difficult to take a day off (or several) until you have worked for quite a while. 401k doesn't start until your 6-month mark
