Pros

health insurance benefits are good

Cons

Overpriced homes. No incentives or discounts to buyers ready to buy. After they buy one of our competitors better priced homes, they will offer a discount. Now, there is not a buyer! No life balance. Expected to be at the model home all hours. Even though there is minimal people coming in. Time could be spent better elsewhere. Inept marketing department. Ridiculous amount of pointless meetings. Only purpose if for management to hear themselves talk. These meetings are announced sometimes last minute and could be hours away from your work location. You will amass 300+ miles a week on your vehicle. The commission structure is set so you make as little as possible. The lowest commission in the industry! Unreasonable goals. EVERYONE is unhappy. From corporate office to construction and everyone in between. Sales, mortgage, etc.
