Pros

Orlando's Division president is extremely knowledgeable about the industry, a team player, an excellent manager! Company offers great income potential for driven sales people. Construction team is a great group of guys that are willing to go above and beyond to help sales team.

Cons

Middle management is in need of professional management training, they work on their own agenda, and lack the work ethics that a commission driven sales team needs. Response time to sales staff needs is slow at best. Their lack of skills adds an undue additional work load for the sales team. Unprofessional behavior, they gossip/discuss sales staff issues to other sales team members. You are constantly being threatened with your job.

Pros

If you love to sell homes, this is a place where you could possibly do that if you are not intelligent or have opinions. Also a place if you are okay with sexual harassment from the director of sales kissing on you at company events.

Cons

Sexual harassment. Nepotism. Lack of inventory. Favoritism. Poor products. Poor quality builds. Poor everything. HR does not do anything about their sales managers behaving this way and they will prevent you from closing deals if they don’t like you. You have to let people walk over you and be a yes person so you can maybe earn a living. If you don’t do that, they give you neighborhoods over priced and with bad lots.
