Pros

A lot of houses to sell. That is about it.

Cons

A lot of inferior people in management to put up with. No one knows what they are doing. They hire inexperienced management and administrative employees. Everyone that was good at their job has left or been fired. DRH has no loyalty to anyone.

Pros

Plan out a community and get to meet great home buyers.

Cons

They reduced pay, work very long hours, upper management don't know what they are doing and it is all about looks. Once you sell a lot they will fire you to keep your commission.

Pros

Good pay if you can wait it out. They allow you to share commissions with other agents if you worked together ( corporate frowns upon this)

Cons

Little to no training, Management was a joke, they don't care if you steal buyers from your co-workers, Too little time off (you are expected to market 2-3 hours before your work shift, work 8 hours and still attend corporate meetings after work).
