      Freedom to sell in a way that best suites the buyer and not a script. Working for a company with staying power!

      Cons

      Changing within the market so it's hard to keep up but it's exciting to be in the lead so it's a blessing and a curse! Love it!

      Being with a company that values you enough, to have benefits and opportunities to provide homes that are appointed and constructed the quality levels that you expect in the price point they are in. No cut corners, allowing me to sell them from a positive aspect and as a trusted advisor to the clients we serve.

      Cons

      WE Outwork our competition, so longer hours, but it is for the betterment of our company, and the end result is a win for the employee as well.
