      High over all marks for a public homebuilder

      Pros

      Fiancially solid, strong business modle. I was present during an acquisition and strong growth then the recent decline. All initial statements regarding allowing divisional management to run the business were kept.

      Cons

      Wall Street driven decisions are not always in the best interest of the customer or employee. Becasue of the size of the organization some communications were not always as solid as they could have been.

      Pros

      They are family oriented. You work with fantastic people. They have a work hard, have fun attitude. They're flexible with your schedule if you need time off.

      Cons

      Some of the HR policies seem a little antiquated. The benefits aren't the best either, but you pretty much take what you can get.
