Company Itself was great, Central Florida Division is Immoral, Heartless and Spiriling Downward FAST
Pros
Awesome construction crews, fun sales agents, $1,000 given every year for basic health ins to help with deductibles, medications, etc., comfortable office buildings/ breakrooms
Cons
"Cliques" very common in corporate offices, management team automatically become slave drivers at the end of the month and year end is an absolute nightmare. Division President used to scream at employees/ vendors over the phone so loud the entire office could hear and closing dept manager followed one employee out the back door screaming one day because the employee stated they had to leave and go get their child (it was afrer 5) and the manager asked her to stay late instead of taking care of an after hours issue herself. There is also a severe lack of communication between in-house title company and mortgage team (the right hand never knew what the left was doing) and some sales agents were allowed to continuously break rules, write messy contracts and be rude to office staff when they asked for corrections because they were top sales agents/ favorites. I was laid off after 3 dedicated years, was let go shortly after I'd had a baby and my former manager had the audacity to try and deny my unemployment compensation (a whopping $275 a week at that) I had to fight for my money, which the state eventually commanded them to pay, but the entire situation was simply classless in my opinion.
