      Sadly none, money can be good.

      Cons

      - Upper management only cares about their own bonuses, profit, and not about employees - Are frequently told you are replaceable - Fear of gapping with commissions for 2-6+ month periods of time without company assistance - High turnover, write up, and firing rate - Have witnessed a massive amount of bullying that’s accepted - Low morale

      The Customer, the sales team (non-managerial) and every promise under the sun don't mean a thing to this company.

      Pros

      Great pay but you're going to EARN IT! And I mean every red cent.

      Cons

      "Do you want to earn $50,000 a year OR what we pay you?" And at that moment you know exactly where you stand with the company. Sales people are the contact person for the customer and they are EXPENDABLE! With every promise BROKEN the sales person takes another bullet for middle and upper management. And when you tire of the lying management will fire you and keep a huge amount of your commissions. In my case $75,000. Believe every word here that you have read, it's 100% true. These guys are liars.
