Pros

The Professional Work Environment! The leadership here is top notch and cares about the success of their employee's, and not just making a dollar. Attention to detail for quality of work environment is of the best I have ever seen. Always focused on process improvement and growing the team.

Cons

Operating under the COVID conditions, its limited group interactions- making it a lot harder for "the new guy" to meet people and fit in to the team atmosphere. Hopefully that will all change soon.
