Pros

D&M is a great place to work! Everyone is courteous and professional and it starts with the top. If I ever have need assistance or guidance; I have it! In fact before I was an employee I was a a customer for years. That's how much I love the folks, culture and company!!

Cons

Totally not D&M's fault, but Houston traffic and construction is the worse.. haha!
