      - International teams - Nice location (Eindhoven) - 27 days of vacation + 13 ADV

      Cons

      - Low salary for internationals though 30% - Extreme stressful work, non ending - High pressure / burnout issues - Turnover rate (ppl leave quick) - HR not so engaged - Bad IT, problem solving makes u cry - Some managers does not deserve to be there - Dutch way of working (not working)
