      Fab. product with an impressive factory.

      Cons

      Bad atmosphere. Colleagues are more like opponents. Work pressure is very high (working day and night). Hardly any team work. Leaders don't listen to recommendations, eventhough they ask for them. Observations are being ridiculed. Workers aren't valued as persons.
