      Good salary, Pension, holidays, campus in the middle of the city so quite approachable, Not much of work pressure

      Cons

      No flexibility, you will not be allowed to work from home. old fashioned clock-in/clock-out, toxic work atmosphere, not international. Company is quite old fashioned when it comes at IT or Software and very very slow. They are not willing to changes and adapt new technologies or processes. Too much of hierarichal orgnization. a lot of processes are bewildering.
