- Variety of job scope (not limited to just design) - Able to get off work on time, no OT (will compensate if needed)

Cons

- Very strict on working hours, have to be punctual else pay will be deducted - Strict Japanese greeting culture - Pay is low as compared to the market rate, with not much increment/bonus
