But since the pandemic, they offer free meals everyday with a catering service at the office. - Great compensation with good PTO compensation. - They utilize modern technologies and cloud so if you are looking to work in that space this can be a potential place.
Cons
- It is hard to move up in the company when you are a mid level engineer. So if you are starting out as a Software Engineer expect to go no higher than a Mid-Level here. - Its a grindfest to get things done and to appease your manager. - Management is usually out of touch with what you are doing and you're accomplishments because they are stretched thin managing many teams. - The process there is way to product management focused where product dictates estimates without much Engineering input. So expect reactionary things happen from product when your team does not meet those estimates. - Expect cuts and layoffs to happen every once in awhile.
