1. It's a culture of respect and teamwork. I have never felt like I had to do it all on my own. 2. The culture encourages recognition and praise. 3. The compensation is awesome - very generous. 4. Benefits are awesome.

Cons

1. There are times I feel there is not a sense of urgency. 2. Although we are making great strides, our internal (not customer) data can be challenging to manage.
