- There are some really cool engineers. - If senior management was replaced, or HR was replaced, it might better the bias

Cons

- there is real bias (subconscious or not) against female engineers. While I was employed, 4 talented female engineers left because to grow, they had to. -#NoAlliesHere

Good place to work. Work life balance is good (they don't give you a hard time for taking PTO).

Cons

No room or paths for growth. They higher newer talent rather than promoting existing talent.
