Health benefits are good and a free lunch periodically

Cons

Management is so condescending to people. Culture is blatantly the 1% elites vs the rest of us. Who you know is far more iporttant thaqt what you know.

Pros

There are perks such as lunch once a week, customer service week with goodies, holiday party, etc...but most of that stems from the senior managers wanting to recognize their employees which is well received most of the time. However, not a lot of creativity when planning events...just goes with "what we did last time" because decisions weren't made early enough. Redundant.

Cons

Relentless micromanagement from the CEO down. Stalls decisions with never ending analysis. Then upset when things are delayed. Management is quite cold and disrespectful when discussing staff. Definitely more focused on the appearance they have rather than any sort of follow through to an end of implementing real solutions. Women tend to be "placed" on the lower rung of the ladder in this good old boy network.
