DAT fosters Team Work by investing into their employees to learn ways to problem solve and to work with a team to collaborate on resolutions. DAT fosters growth by having tuition reimbursement, Linked In training courses and training them in areas of the position to become a SME in the field. DAT gives the ability to reach out in a remote world to other employees to learn more about them as a person and their position at work.

Cons

Employees are Passionate about their work and sometimes cause friction.( but this found anywhere in the job market)
