Pros

- I greatly enjoy my work and am excited at the opportunities I have to grow at DAT. - My manager is supportive and provides numerous opportunities to develop with useful feedback. - Workload is high enough to keep me busy, but not overwhelming, no dull days!

Cons

-Initial communication/transition to work from home could have been smoother, - Some slow periods in my first few months where I didn't feel utilized, thankfully not anymore.
