      Unparalleled knowledge of the market and commitment to its customers base Always looking ahead Outstanding understanding of technology and how to leverage it for the future attracting top talent that likes to create and build. Very tight knit community with a start up energy and mentatlity

      Great Company with Great Opprotunity

      Pros

      I am coming up on my Two Year anniversary here at DAT, I have never had such an amazing opportunity to grow within a company. Here I have already made 2 significant moves and I do not see this being the end of my growth at DAT. I also have never experienced a place with such amazing employee appreciation! Over all I really enjoy being a part of the DAT Family.

      Cons

      I personally did not have any issues with this but, the attendance policies can be a bit much for some people.

Also, so that we consistently deliver world class service and product support to our customers, DAT employees are held to high standards.

      Upbeat changing environment to work in

      Pros

      DAT is always changing looking for "what's next" which allows it be a fun, exciting place to work. We're continuing to grow our name in the transportation industry and its great to see when our data is used to explain economic changes. The company listens to the employees and tries to accomodate whenever possible (ex: socials, food trucks -suggestions from employees).

      Cons

      Because of the growing services we provide, it at times becomes difficult to keep track of everything happening.
