Pros
Our business of helping Carriers find loads and move freight helps both people and the economy. I worked with some great people and we delivered good products.
Cons
Little opportunity for advancement as an engineer. Five years of senior and executive leadership turnover has led to instability. Each wave of new leaders blames current employees and processes and has all the answers. This pattern has led to more division, politics, and toxicity.
