      Few good colleagues and compensation.

      I am currently working with Data Inc. A lot of people was resigned, but they didn’t even ask why they were leaving suddenly after working for such a long time. Irrespective of their hard work and dedication. They are not treated employees like assets, but like machines. They always think employees are just any piece of paper and loose their humanity like how to behave with their core and essential resources. They thought we are the mendicant to beg for the job, but that’s not true. It is the entire team efforts that make the company more prominent, but there is nothing like a team, Everyone hates each other. Remember the old saying #its_better_alone_than_in_a_bad_company. these lines are very well suited for Data Inc.

      Pros

      I applied Bank Of America through Data Inc. The process took three weeks. I worked closely with their recruiting and onboarding team members. I got the necessary assistance from the onboarding team member, especially Madhulika and recruiting team member Adam . I have worked at other companies, and the range of skill and professionalism usually mainly varied. So far, my experience at Data Inc. is amazingly smart, talented, and just super kind, helpful people.
