      Poor business practices with very limited growth potential

      Pros

      Industry standard benefits and compensation.

      Cons

      Management is incompetent, out of touch with the industry, and in some cases has no experience with IT consulting. Upward growth is virtually impossible as there is a very flat management structure. Training is not provided. Pure body shop mentality and very bottom line driven. Profits are not reinvested into the company and new offerings are non existent.

      Pros

      Extremely caring towards their employees as well as their customers. The family atmosphere makes working together as a team staisfying and successful. Very proactive at truley investing in the professionals like Lopamudra who are motivated at talent acquisition allowing there resources plenty of growth opportunities. Data inc is an Innovative, fast moving, fast growing company with great people like Lopa and Justin who have created a culture of people matter here and the job security is strong. Competitive salary

      All the normal ones for a consulting firm, but great culture and improvement to work/life balance are beyound there competitors.

      Pros

      Recruitment [my contact: Gita Vernekar] and HR team are amazing to deal with. Account Heads and recruitment team partner with you and can quickly help find you a new role. In constant touch with existing employees to collect feedback.

      Cons

      HR - Accounting needs to be more responsive. Employee should be able to take more than 5 days a year on accumulated vacation. Basic benefits only.
