Worst company and management Worst Head ever i have worked with. Full of internal Politics and favoritism. You can't appose the view of your seniors even if they are wrong Full of hidden Politics and Egoistic Management.. Never reward your Work

Pros

Good work-life balance, Decent work environment, Great incentive structure, Company has recently started the cab facility which of course is beneficent for employees, Time to time office parties and outing.

Cons

As far as only work is concerned, i didn't find any issues, however i think company really need to acquire a new facility or properly maintain the current facility as the building looks old and sitting arrangement is also not appropriate.
