      Pros

      I worked there less than a year but felt like second home. Easy and healthy environment and some really great people to work with. Lata, Rahul, Gita and Sudipta sir are the finest assets to this company. Very humble people with such great leadership quality. It was a pleasure working under them. Even the higher management is accessible and they listen to you. Your hard work is appreciated in every possible manner. They do recognize each individual's efforts.

      I am currently working with Data Inc. A lot of people was resigned, but they didn’t even ask why they were leaving suddenly after working for such a long time. Irrespective of their hard work and dedication. They are not treated employees like assets, but like machines. They always think employees are just any piece of paper and loose their humanity like how to behave with their core and essential resources. They thought we are the mendicant to beg for the job, but that’s not true. It is the entire team efforts that make the company more prominent, but there is nothing like a team, Everyone hates each other. Remember the old saying #its_better_alone_than_in_a_bad_company. these lines are very well suited for Data Inc.
