      Pros

      You can work from home on snow days. Mothers with children have flexibility to leave early or work from home.

      Cons

      No real training. No room for growth. Management is not there to help you, they are there to keep you in line. Very cut throat. Too much internal competition. Not a team environment. Peers and high ups will smile in your face and stab you in the back for their own financial gain or success with no repercussions. Management is unsupervised and allowed to treat their staff as poorly as they see fit. Human Resources and upper management allow the inmates to run the asylum and the bread winners to get away with murder. They only thing that matters to this company is number signs.

      Pros

      Office life is great - wonderful co-workers and great work experiences

      Cons

      some of the things that go on in that office... ate to be desired. PTO stinks, salary is super low, and they expect you to be there 8:30-5:30 every day, and people look at you if you are walking out at 5:20. All the clients are closed on federal holidays (and the day after Thanksgiving) but you are expected to be at work, or use one of your precious few PTO days. You definitely know if you are not a favorite employee - if you are, they let you get away with murder, if not be prepared to be told that "that is the way it has been done, so we can't change that process!!" How they moved with technology is amazing...
