Pros

Great people to work with. Corporate culture is probably the best I’ve ever seen in my 10+ years of working in corporate America. I am excited to see this company continue to grow! Great place to settle down and grow with the company!

Cons

0 chance of working from home. Even if you can do your job 100% remote. Although leadership is amazing, they have a very old-school mentality of doing things. Salary is decent for some roles but it should also get some upgrades.

Pros

They work with your schedule, they have a system to work on not accumulating points, The morale in the work place is fun and engaging

Cons

I can't work from home due to my living situation and if your schedule lands on a holiday working on site they have that day closed but u would have to work from home to get the holiday pay
