-There are no college requirements necessary -They train you on-site and give you ample time to understand the procedures -Employers and staff are all friendly and approachable -Promotion opportunities are available within the company itself

Cons

-The work is routine and repetitive, depending on the type of person you are the work can get very boring. They disclose this in their job openings though so that you know what you're getting into

I really appreciate that this company has a very good work environment, they make you feel at home since day one. They also offer incentives if you’re on time and your work quality is good so that’s a plus
