Nothing good about working here. They tell you how much bonus you will make and then they change it all the time.

Cons

Taking your bonus, not paying you on Christmas, manager who is so fake and lies don’t work there run. You can make more everywhere else and not play guess your bonus

Sorry to hear that your experience is/was not good. Changes are forthcoming in regards to pay and bonus structure, and the Christmas paycheck issue was attributed to certain financial institutions not releasing paychecks, not DATAMARK. However, in order to prevent the same situation from happening again, paydays have been moved from Monday to Friday. Thank you for the feedback.

Pros

Easily applied and I am responding to a request for a review. Interview process was easy, nice girl, easy to talk to the overall benefits and lack of flexible work options/hybrid was not a fit for me compared to other roles I am interviewing at the same time.

Cons

Flexible/remote not even a rotation for work at home. Company should expand their thinking and offer hybrid or a rotating office
