I just started, but the atmosphere seems relax and not hectic like other call centers. My trainer is awesome and very knowledgeable.

Pay could be a little more.

Understaffed The offer was not competitive Not remote when it could be No overtime pay Unreasonable workload and hours Management not technical old failing equipment Everything is configured wrong because previous staff rushed to do things and then quit No real offices for IT staff

Pros

The job itself is fine. I like the systems and the information available to us is readily there and the people around us are always ready to help. We also get a bunch of cool benefits which is super sick.

Cons

The pay is not too crazy, especially since it is a pretty essential job for the city that does not have as many team members as one would hope. If the pay was even 2 or 3 dollars more, it would be bananas the hiring process is also kind of complicated but getting past that can lead to a very pleasant job with good benefits
