We are disappointed to hear about your negative experience. This certainly does not sound like the DATIS culture, company, or product that we know and have worked hard to create. Above all, we regret that you felt you could not be open with your feedback while you were a member of the team. We welcome all employee views and place the utmost value on employee feedback. For that reason, we have all of our employees participate in regular 360 reviews to provide feedback, such as this, so that we may continue to evolve and grow as a company.
We are sorry to hear about your perception of the Open PTO policy. As a growing and innovative company, we are proud to offer our Open PTO policy to all employees to allow them to take the time they need to re-energize and optimize their work-life balance on their own terms. We have modeled the Open PTO policy after innovative industry leaders such as Netflix, Evernote, and GE. We feel that it embodies our culture of “Freedom and Responsibility” at DATIS, empowering our employees to take responsibility for their work while taking the time off that they want and need. We strongly encourage our employees to take advantage of our policy and, with your feedback, plan to make that even more clear to our current team.
Additionally, we are proud to report that our quickly growing team does include an HR Manager. Our team has grown to a size that warrants this position and we are proud to offer this resource to our employees.
