      Open leave policy was a fresh concept.

      Cons

      Company is not "Ohana" focused as they claim. When things hit the fan the company runs for the hill leaving you out to dry.

      Flexibility, great culture (among the employees, not as much the leadership), room for learning and growth

      Cons

      There seems to be no real guidelines for salaries. People in the same position with the same title can widely vary and raises and bonuses seem highly arbitrary.
