      Pros

      Work environment is relaxed, yet professional. Teams are friendly & cohesive. Benefits are great and getting better every year. Flex-time and working from home are great perks for those not on a client's site.

      Cons

      The only con I see is the number of family members who work for the company. It can give the appearance of favoritism to those who aren't family.

      Great company to work for with potential to promote within the company. aggressive 401K Senior Management is active within the field and come to visit the employees whenever in the area.

      Cons

      Client that the company has at Andrews AFB is unreasonable causing many highly qualified contract specialists to leave for other opportunities, myself being one of them
