      Pros

      Dawson recognizes its employees who work hard, and they promote from within. I’ve been impressed at the level of support I have received from my management, as well as the progressive benefits policies. It truly is a family focused company, and I see myself here long term.

      Cons

      The company is fairly large so it can be difficult to get to know people outside of your office. If you reach out though, coworkers in other offices are more than willing to help with whatever you need.

      Pros

      Used to be a great company until last year but things changed after management change.

      Cons

      Totally changed from a family managed business to a owner focused business. Current CEO's experience has been running failed businesses for 15 years.

      They have good pay but that's about it.

      Cons

      They could care less about you. They pretend to be family oriented but are as cut throat as it comes. You may think you are starting with a great company, but it will be short lived. They also offer no paid leave. They say they do, but they really don't. This is set up this way so they don't have to pay anything to you when they fire you for no documented reason. There are no warning or progressive disciplinary actions. Management decides one day they don't like you then you are gone. They don't care that you have small family and children at home. Run far away from this company!
