      Cons

      unstable 8a, leadership coup created a pretty unbearable amount of division, tension, drama, sadness, & fear - makes it very difficult to be proactive & creative in just getting your work done.

      The company as a whole caress about family and community uplift. They have ok health benefits and the other benefits are better than any company I’ve worked for (leave, et)

      Cons

      The hr processes and team is unorganized but slowly being reformed. Lack of support for those outside of home offices. Gotta be “in” with management to be recognized or considered for internal moves or promotions.
