Pros
Great co-workers, just like family. Local managment great, very supportive in helping you learn as much as possible.
Cons
Currently going through nationwide centralizaion with brokerage, ocean document turnovers, ISF filings, quotes, deliveries, a.k.a. pretty much everything is being centralized to only a handful of locations. Branches will be left to only handle customer service, not process shipments. No annual raises for years, long hours and no opportunities for growth due to branches being stripped of most duties. Dumbing down of the work by creating "factories" on only a handful of locations.
