      used to be a great place to work, with wonderful managers.

      Cons

      no room to advance, there are a few favorites. workers who have been there for years, who have been loyal and dedicated are overlooked for higher positions, for outsiders and workers who have only been there a short period of time. overworked and always understaffed.

      - So much FAVORITISM here especially CTDI/iPhone department. - Low pay. - If you stand up for yourself you will be in trouble. - HR is useless. - Communication issues.

      Pros

      You will learn a lot of warehousing and semi-conductor skills within a year. Also good work-life balance.

      Cons

      No room for growth, very amoral management and treatment of employees, HR is a joke, Arizona's specific locations (both Chandler and Ocotillo) company is a mess, turn around from the lowest paid position to the highest are both high. This place needs serious help.
